I asked my Mum about donating some of the money I make from my earrings to charity. I thought a really good one would be Fred Bennett’s ‘Don’t Look Down’ Fund, which is raising funds for research into acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. So I am going to donate 10% of all of my online sales to this fund.
Fred died in May this year (2020) from childhood cancer, he lived near us in Rugby and his Mum and mine are good friends. We were all sad when he died, we had talked about him a lot. So I am really glad I can do something like this.
