Delivery is by standard Royal Mail 1st Class or Tracked if selected.
We aim to make and post your order within 5 working days of receiving it and we will let you know if that is not possible if we are awaiting parts or on holiday.
Returns
If your item is faulty, please contact us and we will arrange a return and a refund.
Our Packaging
We have thought carefully about our packaging and you will receive your item gift wrapped in a reusable pouch or box and in a kraft postage box sealed with paper tape!
